Robert Pattinson to Appear on 'Entourage' Finale Empty

There's a word buzzing around out there that Robert Pattinson is a guest star on the season finale of "Entourage". This is a curious case if it's proven true because HBO has been keeping it as a secret while in fact Pattinson's name could potentially lure additional viewers to the September 12 episode.
I was probably happiest that Jim Parsons received the Emmy for outstanding lead actor in a comedy, though I wish the show itself would have gotten recognition. I know that you have discussed previously why Big Bang Theory wasn't nominated and probably won't be, but do you think that Parsons' win could possibly change that? The show seems to be on a continuing upward spiral, and I hope that the Academy will maybe recognize that next year.

As Shonda Rhimes has hinted before, the new season will be kicked off with a happy storyline as a redemption for last season's finale where people die in a hostage situation. Cristina and Owen, whose romance has been going up and down since Teddy's arrival at the hospital, have decided to make their reunion official in a marriage. Not everybody is happy with her decision. Cristina's BFF Meredith is afraid that she is rushing into judgment due to the traumatic gunning incident.
With no synopsis unveiled, "Fringe" attempts to tease fans of the season premiere with the stills. Called "The Box", the episode is likely to pursue another inexplicable happening which occurs in a subway station. Most of the people in that place appear fazed out although the FBI agents have touched them. Curiously, Broyles brings his bomb squad to the scene.

Producers of the show have revealed previously that the third season would spend a lot of time in the alternate world. The other Olivia can be identified by the hairstyle as apparent in the news photo. " 'Our' Olivia just wants to be the best, but [the other] Olivia just wants to win," Anna Torv said about the two different characters at the San Diego Comic Con last month.

Meanwhile, another photo from the alternate world is unveiled to give the first look of the other Walter. John Noble who plays Walter said at Comic Con that he actually trained to lose weight and get shaped in order to portray a younger version of himself. Beside leaner, he's also more tanned and sleek in the haircut.

The cast of "The Vampire Diaries" strike a pose either inside the Salvatore residence, in the Mystic Falls' woods or in front of bare walls for the latest promo of the series. The popular CW drama will soon enter the second season where Katherine is back terrorizing the vampire brothers and Elena.

Billy Joel has given the producers of TV hit "Glee" permission to pick through his back catalogue for an upcoming episode of the show dedicated to the music of the Piano Man. The rocker reveals he has signed-off on a plan to turn his life's work into a "Glee" special - and he can't wait to see what director Ryan Murphy and his cast make of songs like "Uptown Girl" and "New York State of Mind".

He tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood, "I said, 'Yeah, go ahead, use my stuff.' I was in the chorus when I was in high school." But Joel insists he won't be following Britney Spears and making an appearance on the show: "I'm not a big TV actor type of guy. I'm a piano player."

Allegations that Auto-Tune played a role in the Season 7 premiere arose shortly after it aired Saturday, according to Deadline. The episode featured an 18-year-old contestant named Gamu Nhengu performing Katrina and the Waves' "Walking On Sunshine." It was followed by outrage in online forums over what many thought were altered vocals.

What Idol stands to lose without Ellen, Kara and Simon

The next episode of "True Blood" goes straight to the action and revelation as it inches closer to the end of season 3. In "Fresh Blood", the vampires are back on a killing spree with Jessica admitting to Hoyt that she has drunk human blood and Russell kidnapping Sookie while she's with Bill.
about the porn industry. The actor played a male prostitute in the 1997 film about the "golden era" of adult movies in the 1970s and 1980s.

Producers remain tight-lipped about whether Steven Tyler is joining American Idol. But Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton says his bandmate will definitely be sitting at the judges table next season.

"Steven is doing American Idol. The ink is dry on that," Hamilton tells The Star-Ledger. "So, we'll have to work around hisschedule for a new record."

The Good Wife: Alicia's ties to Peter will be problematic in Season 2

After working on opposite sides of a murder case last season, Nancy and Alicia (Julianna Margulies) will team up as co-counsels representing a DJ and security team who are being sued for a fatal stampede at a rave concert.

Gummer will next star in Shonda Rhimes' new series Off the Map, about a medical clinic in South America. The series is scheduled to debut midseason on ABC.

A spinoff of the 2005 film starring Ice Cube and Nia Long, the TBS series about a family adjusting to life with a new father has averaged 2.8 million viewers since premiering in June.

"Are We There Yet? has proven itself to be an extremely strong addition to TBS's comedy lineup," said Michael Wright, executive vice president and head of programming for TBS. The show "attracts a young, diverse audience, making it an especially good fit for our Wednesday night slate of original sitcoms."

Question: I've only recently started watching The Vampire Diaries, as I wanted to wait for the overall reception of Season 1. But once I started, I got fully sucked in and I'm absolutely loving it now. [POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT] However, I'm having a hard time letting go of my lovely namesake Anna. With her ambivalent personality traits and the story line she was given, I thought she was one of the most interesting characters on the show. I have to admit that her demise in the finale hit me quite hard. Is there really no chance at all that she survived somehow? — Anna

Matt Roush: Looked to me like she was a goner, but you know how it goes on shows like this: Just because you die, or die again as the case may be, doesn't necessarily mean you're dead for good. And even if she did bite the eternal dust, I'd think there's potential for some juicy flashbacks as we get more of everyone's back story. And don't you imagine she'd at the very least haunt Jeremy's dreams? Beyond that, I haven't a clue whether we'll see Anna again, as I refuse to get ahead of the story, especially on shows like this. From a critical point of view, though, it's important to believe that characters like this can actually perish even in a supernatural series, or there'd be nothing at stake (pun unintended). Keeps you caring, I'd think.
Leverage's mid-season finale airs Sunday at 9/8c on TNT.
